Contact
Email support@biddly.app with your organisation name (if applicable), a short description of the issue, and any relevant event or order reference.
Organisers
Sign in at biddly.app/organization/signin to manage events, refunds, and team access. For Stripe payouts or Connect onboarding, include your organisation ID in support emails.
Ticket buyers
View tickets at biddly.app/signin. Refund requests follow each event organiser's stated policy.
Scanner app
Door staff should sign in with the same organiser account that has Scanner access. If scanning fails offline, check device time, camera permissions, and network when syncing scan history.
