Create your organisation and invite your team
Sign up as an organiser, wait for approval, and invite admins, editors, viewers, or door staff.
Create an organiser account
Start at the organiser sign-up page. After you create an organisation it begins as pending until the Biddly team approves it. Once active, you can finish billing setup and publish events.

Invite teammates
Organisation admins invite people from the Users section of the organisation dashboard. Existing Biddly accounts are added automatically; new users receive an invite link to create an account and join.
Only organisation admins can send invites or change roles.
Roles at a glance
Give each person the least access they need. You can combine roles when someone both edits content and scans tickets.
- Admin — full dashboard, billing, users, refunds, and scanning
- Editor — create and edit events, templates, and media; can scan; no billing or user management
- Viewer — read-only dashboard; cannot scan
- Scanner — door staff only; no organisation dashboard
