A platform fee plus Stripe card processing. Start with free events each month — you only pay when someone buys a ticket.
Platform fee
4% + £0.30
Biddly charges this on every paid ticket. It covers ticketing, auctions, ballots, refunds, and embeds.
Card processing
1.5% + £0.20
What Stripe typically charges for standard UK cards. Premium or overseas cards can cost a little more — Stripe sets this fee, not Biddly.
Free events each month
You can run 3 free events a month, with up to 750 free tickets across them. Paid events are unlimited and don’t count toward this.
Verified charities and not-for-profits can run 6 free events a month, with up to 2500 free tickets.
Registered charities applying for the higher allowance, or high-volume organisers asking about a custom platform fee, can contact support.

- Starter Pack — £10.00 for 1 extra free events and 50 extra free tickets.
- Club Pack — £25.00 for 2 extra free events and 150 extra free tickets.
- Festival Pack — £69.00 for 1 extra free events and 500 extra free tickets.
Verified charities and not-for-profits can buy additional charity packs from the organiser dashboard after NFP verification — contact support to apply.
Try it with a ticket price
Most organisers keep the listed price as what the buyer pays. You can add fees on top instead if you’d rather keep the full ticket amount.
