Find your tickets and request a refund
Ticket buyers sign in to My Tickets, open purchases, and follow each organiser’s refund policy.
View your tickets
Sign in at biddly.app/signin. After sign-in you land on My Tickets (Purchases), where each order and QR is listed. Use the Tickets item in the bottom navigation anytime.
Refunds
If the organiser allows refunds and you are inside their cutoff window, request a refund from the purchase. Some events need organiser approval; you can usually withdraw a pending request. Policies differ per organisation and sale type.
