Scan tickets at the door
Use the Biddly Scanner app with Admin, Editor, or Scanner access on the organisation.
Who can scan
Door staff need an organisation role of Admin, Editor, or Scanner. Viewers cannot scan. Invite scanners from Users without giving them dashboard access.
Use the mobile app
Install the Biddly Scanner app on iOS or Android. Sign in with the same organiser account that has scanner access. The app is built for offline-friendly QR checks at the door; sync when you have network.
- Check camera permissions and that device time is correct
- If a scan fails to sync later, reconnect and retry from scan history
There is no full scanner experience inside the organisation web dashboard — use the native app on the door device.
